A religion of Peace?
You betcha!
Yahoo! News Article:Now die peacefully!
MOGADISHU, Somalia – A 13-year-old girl who said she had been raped was stoned to death in Somalia after being accused of adultery by Islamic militants, a human rights group said.
Dozens of men stoned Aisha Ibrahim Duhulow to death Oct. 27 in a stadium packed with 1,000 spectators in the southern port city of Kismayo, Amnesty International and Somali media reported, citing witnesses. The Islamic militia in charge of Kismayo had accused her of adultery after she reported that three men had raped her, the rights group said.
Initial local media reports said Duhulow was 23, but her father told Amnesty International she was 13. Some of the Somali journalists who first reported the killing later told Amnesty International that they had reported she was 23 based upon her physical appearance.
Calls to Somali government officials and the local administration in Kismayo rang unanswered Saturday.

It saddens me to this day
that Ron Paul didn't win the Republican Party nomination!
When we finally had a decent guy running for presidency, a change from all the crooks and flipflops, someone we can believe in and can restore the Constitution and the liberties this nation was founded upon, what did the Americans do? most of them didn't vote for him!
This pisses me off, I'm pissed off at those who claim being conservatives when they aren't! Neo-conservatives are conservatives in name. They increase spending, increase government powers, bring in new legislations that take away more of our freedoms.

The damn toaster lever is broken!!
Last week I bought a brand new toaster, was just right for me and just right for my budget, plus it came with a 2-year warranty. What could go wrong?
Well.. of all the things that could possibly go wrong, the lever's lock-thingy broke! Now I have to keep on depressing it myself!
I'll have to go replace it now, damn what a nuisance! I'm just glad it came with a warranty.
The toaster itself is pretty good, comes with twin wide bays and can toast 4 slices of bread simultaneously but unfortunately it doesn't run NetBSD.

feel/Go Dream Endless Love Endless Road
Every now and there you come across a song that you can never shake off nor get bored of, and some songs really stick. One of them is Endless Love Endless Road, I've been listening to this song since 2002. The album which this song is a part of was released in Japan by DigiCube on October 11, 2001. I'm not a fan of this type of music usually, as I generally prefer listening to Hard Rock and Heavy Metal, but this particular song, has been on my playlist ever since, even before I read the translation or understood a single word. It just shows that feelings can be expressed and people can realize them and feel them, regardless of the language or form used, and I think this is really great. I've always had a soft spot for aesthetics, and designs the convey warm and hearty emotions, I guess that why I'm an Apple fan, even without realizing the technical advancements in their products.
You can listen to a sample of the song here.

America gone mad!
"Dunkin Donuts has pulled a commercial featuring pitchwoman Rachael Ray wearing a scarf because Michelle Malkin and other conservative observers thought the scarf looked too much like a keffiyeh, what Malkin describes as "the traditional scarf of Arab men that has come to symbolize murderous Palestinian jihad."
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/05/28/dunkin-donuts-pulls-ad-fe_n_103859.htmlIs this what America have become? A bunch of xenophobic assholes? Damn you Michelle! You scumbag! You are embarrassing us and portraying us as a bunch of unenlightened rednecks! This is certainly not what conservatism is about!
For starters it doesn't even look like a keffiyeh, but then again that b**** Michelle probably never seen one, and more than that it is so trivial, there are more things that we should worry about.. LIKE THE F***ING BUDGET! and the failing education system.
This youtube video is pure awesomeness!

Who is Obama?
The Liberal media tries to portray Obama as the long waited messiah, and any effort to dig up his past and report on any controversial story about him is labeled as racist, but who is Obama?
Obama is the man who attended the Trinity United Church of Christ and listened to the racist and unpatriotic Jeremiah Wright for 20 years!
He is the elitist liberal who called town people as angry clingers holding on to guns and God because they're disappointed the government's ignored them and that they haven't had jobs in 25 years. He is also who voted against extending the death penalty to include gang activity. If he can't stand up to urban terror how will he ever stand up to global terrorism?
And this is before we get to his socialist economic plans! but that's for another blog entry..

Liberal Arts is not an academic major!
Putting Liberal Arts in an equal level to Science and Engineering is an offense to all the hard working engineers and scientists, and would explain why we are graduating less and less scientists and engineers and lacking behind the rest of the world. For any nation to maintain superiority it needs scientists and engineers, needs them to innovate, to manufacture and to advance the standard of living of its people! If you study any economical breakthrough of any nation, it was accomplished through science and engineering, not by dancing and singing their way to prosperity.
Liberal Arts is composed of pointless stuff like Music, Psychology, Dance, Philosophy, Languages, Literature, Art and Drama! Good luck conquering the world with that! Good luck maintaining military and economic superiority with that!
Any country that wants to rule, economically or militarily, needs a strong innovative state-of- the-art manufacturing industry. In the times of war and peace you need technology, to create jobs, attract minds and maintain your grip on the rest of the world.
If a nation has an advanced technology, that another nation needs, it literally is in control of the other nation, that will never be the case with Liberal Arts, and usually I don't tend to take anything 'Liberal' seriously.

Should politicians devote more time to Golf?
If any away of watch TV these days, you'll notice a serious problem. None of our nation's politicians play Golf anymore! or at least not on TV!! I can't recall when, if ever, was the last time I saw George W Bush playing Golf. The VP isn't any better, Dick Cheney instead of playing Golf goes hunting, and we know how that turned out to be!
The condition doesn't get any better with the candidates, I've never seen Hillary Clinton nor Barrack Obama playing Golf!
Dan Quayle remains one of the best American politician, he devoted enough time to Golf while still being a great VP.
Our politicians are letting us down and embarrassing us in front of the world by not devoting enough time to Golf! What do you think?

Dubya Tee Eff?! P0rn for the Blind??!!
A nonprofit organization is trying to make millions of the free preview p0rn sites accessible to blinds. Why? It is not like blinds have nothing better to do than listen to description of short 20s p0rn clips. Above that, of all the online material p0rn is something you need to see and hear, how would hearing just do? I did listen to a simple, and it is as if you are listening to a story, it didn't really do anything for me, maybe I have been spoiled with vision, and thus can not envision (mind the pun) how it would be possible to enjoy porn based on hearing alone! More about them here.

Original article is from GMi.
Of course when the oceans get warmer, that causes stronger storms. We have seen in the last couple of years, a lot of big hurricanes. Hurricanes Jean, Francis and Ivan were among them. In the same year we had that string of big hurricanes; we also set an all time record for tornadoes in the United States. Japan again didn’t get as much attention in our news media, but they set an all time record for typhoons.Al Gore's 9/12/05 speech:
Two thousand scientists, in a hundred countries, engaged in the most elaborate, well organized scientific collaboration in the history of humankind, have produced long-since a consensus that we will face a string of terrible catastrophes unless we act to prepare ourselves and deal with the underlying causes of global warming. [applause] It is important to learn the lessons of what happens when scientific evidence and clear authoritative warnings are ignored in order to induce our leaders not to do it again and not to ignore the scientists again and not to leave us unprotected in the face of those threats that are facing us right now. [applause]

“We found that although some decades were quieter and less damaging in the U.S. and others had more land-falling hurricanes and more damage, the economic costs of land-falling hurricanes have steadily increased over time,” said Chris Landsea, one of the researchers as well as the science and operations officer at NOAA’s National Hurricane Center in Miami. “There is nothing in the U.S. hurricane damage record that indicates global warming has caused a significant increase in destruction along our coasts.”
source
Englehart et al. gathered data on hurricanes in this region from the National Center for Atmospheric Research, Mexico’s Servicio Meteorológico Nacional, the Mazatlan Observatory, and the National Hurricane Center. In describing the graph below (Figure 1) of their compilation, they note “From this graph it is apparent that long-term TC frequency exhibits a significant (p = 0.05) negative trend (r = -0.30).” Folks, they are becoming less frequent, and the trend is highly statistically significant. They then present the data for early (May to July) and late season (August to November) hurricane activity and find that the downward trend is prominent in the August to November period. They comment that “The fact that a significant trend (p = 0.01) is evident only in the late season provides one (albeit indirect) indication that the apparent decrease in near-shore activity is not substantially conditioned by data and measurement issues.”

Complete Obidence, that's all what we ask for..
The people on top have one thing on their mind, that is how to remain on top and keep those who are below them forever below them. They've been using religion, morality, law and regulations, they've also used fear, fear of what is different, fear of death, fear of terrorism, to keep people inline and manipulate them.
Usually it is them freaks on the left of the aisle, but Christian Conservatives are just as bad, from a different direction. Liberals will use issues like political correctness and climate change to control people, religious people (regardless of the religion) will use religion to dictate what you can say/do or can't say/do.
Recently grabbed my attention a story about a student that was suspended for ... buying Skittles! Imagine that! Buying skittles can get you suspended and out of the honor society! Skittles for Emacs' sake! We are not talking about a bomb, or anything that is remotely dangerous! What is even more absurd the punishment he got! Now the kid will grow up, fearing anything he might do would be against the regulations, so much for freedom.
As we all know New Haven is where a lot of them 'educated' white liberals are supposed to live. It is odd how most of them Liberals attack religion, accusing it of being a means to controlling people, yet they go and come up with new way to control people. Candy?! that is more pathetic than Climate change!
Honestly, the story didn't come to me as a surprise, the kid 'broke' a rule, a rule that existed for the sole purpose of controlling students, ripping them away of their childhood, and turning them into carbon copies of mindless citizens with no soul or character of their own. Kids are supposed to question authority, respect is not deserved but earned. Most parents, teachers and other authorities don't deserve respect, and everything they do should be subject to questioning. But the people in authority don't want that, they want obedience, they want people who will do everything they are told and keep away from what is supposed to be 'wrong and illegal' without questioning the merits of such law and whether there are any logic behind them!

Limited to one square of toilet paper? Use a bidet!
A lot of legislators around the Good Ol' USA, are for the oddest of reasons trying to control how much toilet paper we use, as if the government has solved all our problems and that's all what is left for them to argue about. As if they have nothing better to do but dictate (and thus it is becoming a dictatorship) how we as Americans are supposed to wipe after taking a dump!
I propose a better solution, yes regulate us to one square, not a real bother to me. But make it necessary that every toilet has a bidet next to it. I'm a bidet fan, I find using toilet paper a bit too challenging, I always end up using half a roll and still not sure if I wiped myself clean, but with the Bidet Law I proposed, I can wash my bottom, and then use one square of toilet paper to dry my bottom. And if there weren't no toilet paper, it wont hurt if you didn't dry your bottom, it'll dry eventually. Everyone is a winner, the legislators who brought up the whole issue and the American people.

An excerpt from the Hartford Courant:
A few porno pop-ups big deal! close them and move on with your life! But no! They had to make a big deal out of it, and nearly sentenced an innocent to 40 years in jail!
It's just like with Janet Jackson milk shake, the whole nation overreacted!
I'm embarrassed by stuff like this! why can't we be like one of them cool European countries, where people aren't too crazy about Jesus and there isn't a war on sex?
